7. Client Feedback and Revisions

  • You are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as agreed upon in your specific service package.
  • Additional revisions or design requests outside of the original agreement may incur extra charges.
  • Any feedback or approval of designs must be provided promptly. Delays may affect the delivery timeline of your project.

8. Delivery and Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided upon the initiation of the project. These are estimates and may vary based on the scope of the work and any delays caused by client feedback or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Webzotica will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but does not guarantee delivery by specific dates unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

9. Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation of services before the work begins, and a refund may be issued, minus any processing fees. Once work has begun, refunds are not typically issued, unless agreed upon by Webzotica in writing.
  • Webzotica reserves the right to cancel or terminate any project if the client breaches these Terms or if circumstances prevent us from completing the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Webzotica’s liability for any claim related to its services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
  • Webzotica is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
